2. “Reading your quotation now” alert
When a customer opens your quotation link, the telecaller gets an alert with the name and amount, and a Call now button. You also see how many times each quotation was opened.

Hot is 50 points or more, Warm is 20 to 49 and Cold is below 20. The owner can change every rule.

How do I know if a customer opened my quotation?
Send the quotation from Tovezo as a link. When the customer opens it, Tovezo alerts the telecaller and records how many times it was opened and when.
What is lead scoring?
Lead scoring gives each lead points based on what they do, such as replying, opening a quotation or sharing a budget, so your team calls the most interested customers first.
Can I send Diwali greetings to all customers for free?
Yes. Tovezo prepares the list and the message, and opens each customer’s chat in your own WhatsApp so you tap Send. There is no charge because no paid WhatsApp API messages are used.
